Key overview of job role will include planning and trading each range to ensure that profit targets are achieved, within overall stock target objectives. To ensure that there is a coherent communication strategy for both performance and stock issues relating to the rest of the Business. You will be responsible for range planning, managing the supply chain, formulating the range strategy and developing a team of approximately 5 people. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical & problem solving skills, outstanding commercial awareness, high attention to detail, well developed commercial and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills, strong people management skills, the ability to be a team leader and the ability to perform under pressure. |
